Returns Policy

Can I return the products I have received?

Yes. You can return the products you’ve received from Hashtag Fitness within 10 days of delivery. But the product should  not be in used condition, otherwise the return would not be accepted.

I received the right product as per my order but I don’t want the product now. Can I return?

Yes. If you haven’t used the product and you’re sending it properly in the original packing, then we would accept the return within 10 days of delivery.

We will refund the order amount only after the quality check of the product received at our warehouse. Customer will have to bear the cost of sending the products back to us.

I’ve ordered a product of particular size, but somehow the size is not fitting properly and I want a different size. What should I do?

Please ensure to retain the original packing and don’t use the product and follow the steps:       

 1. Please pack the product in its original packing properly

         2. Prepare the product for dispatch by courier

         3. Inform our customer support by calling on support numbers i.e 9592028949 or writing to us on hashtagfitness786@gmail.com

         4. The reverse pick up would be arranged by us (hashtagfitness.in).Reverse pick up can be arranged by us or if we fail to arrange pickup from your area then we will notify you within 24 to 72 hours. And you have to dispatch it on your behalf and you have to pay the transport amount.

         5. The product is received back in our warehouse

         6. There would be proper quality check of the received product at our warehouse. After that our warehouse would dispatch a new product with the size requested.

         7. If you find any type of damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a free replacement and we will arrange pickup for the damaged defective parts. If you want to return it, you have to return it on your behalf and you have to pay the transport amount.

I’ve ordered a product of particular size, but I have received wrong size. What should I do?

Please ensure before unboxing the article make a video and send to our customer to check   the details to retain the original packing and don’t use the product and follow the steps:            

1. Please pack the product in its original packing properly
           2. Prepare the product for dispatch by courier
           3. Inform our customer support by calling on support numbers i.e 0181-5092735/9592028949  or writing to us on hashtagfitness786gmail.com
          4. The customer has to mail the images of the received product to us.  
          5. Our team will verify the images. After that ,the reverse pick up would be arranged by us (hashtagfitness.in) .
          6. The product is received back in our warehouse
          7.  If you find any type of damaged or defective item, we will provide you with a free replacement and we will arrange pickup for the damaged defective parts or we will allow you to dispose that items. If you want to return it, you have to return it on your behalf and you have to pay the transport amount.

8. The buyer will receive only the new product in return. 25% of the original payment amount will not be refunded if the buyer wishes to return.

I had ordered a heavy equipment (like Treadmill, Home Gym etc). I have some issue with the product. What should I do?

We only sell 100% original products directly from the manufacturer / authorized distributor after proper quality checks. All products are covered under warranty from the manufacturer as per the manufacturer policy. Heavy products may witness some issues during shipping.

In case of any issues – Technical, physical etc, please inform our support desk and send the pictures. Our experts would examine the issues and communicate with the manufacturer immediately. Your issues would be addressed in any of the following ways:

  1. For any technical issues, you would be guided to get the issues rectified online
  2. Any physical abuse on any parts those can be changed, Replacement parts would be sent immediately
  3. Any parts which may not be properly traceable, New parts would be sent by the manufacturer

Heavy products are not liable for standard Return Policy since there are issues related to taxes and cross border movements of products through surface courier and every endeavor would be made to get the product fixed at the customer’s location.

What is the duration in which I can return the products?

You can return the product within 7 days from the date of receiving the product provided the product is returned in its original packing and has not been used at all.

We will refund the order amount if the products received by the customer are returned back to our office in its original packing.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway payments refund will be made to the same account. It would take at least  7 to 10 days for the amount to be credited into the customer’s account.

Cancellation Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

When can I cancel the order?

The buyer can cancel their order within 24 hours. If the buyer asks for the cancellation, the 25% amount will be deducted from the original refund and it will be credited to the same account within 3 to 7 days.

What can I do when product is missing ?

Please make a video for any proof before unboxing the product. If you receive any missing product, we will provide you the same details. If you verify through the video then we will send it within 2 to 3 working days. Otherwise the missing article will be rejected.

I forgot to cancel the order and the order is already shipped now. What can I do now?
